Telkom harassing my elderly parents

<p>My parents moved in Nov 2016 and cancelled their landline as prescribed. They could not get new landline since no lines were available. They are now being harassed by telkom call centre and debt agencies on a weekly basis. It is said that they owe over R2000 although their account were settled by the time they moved. Pathetic telkom!!!</p>
