Telkom Harasment

Telkom Fiber is currently harasing people, by constantly contacting people and insisting on so called special deals, that they want to get you to sign up too. On multiple occasions I've requested my number to be removed from their Database, but without any luck. What can be done if TELKOM keeps on phoning and harasing people, isn't it against the POPI ACT?

Please advise.
