TELKOM HANDS ME OVER TO ATTORNEYS WHEN THEY OWE ME R2000

<p>Dear Telkom. </p> <p>Im continuing on call ********** 6 laid on 3 March, its been 8days after you have taken the payment of R2859.99 and 13days after you overcharged me with R2000. you have rep**** to my complaint by only apologising and giving me case numbers. I have made another 6-8 calls in the last 3 days providing this useless case numbers and Telkom has still done nothing towards my problem. You have sent me a sms today stating that my payment is overdue. The service will be terminated due to non payment. i will be handed over to attorneys for collection and listed at the credit bureaus. This after you send a previous sms that once payment is recieved my service will be restored within 48hours. This is a written sms black on white proof from Telkom that you have not met. 8 days later and still no service, no feedback, no restoration of service, no calls to tell me payment has been recieved. ive been to you telkom mobile branch in Menlyn and i get a sorry sir our system eish is offline. WHAT THE FAAAK DO YOU SUGGEST I DO YOU USELES MOTHER F@CKERS????</p>
