Telkom handover without cause

I cancelled services to my house in Cape Town over 2 years ago and since last year have been harrased by various collection agents who just send SMS. I have the cancellation Ref numbers, have current Telkom accounts in Pretoria and have never had Telkom tell me I owe them anything. Why is one province of Telkom pestering and threatening me with summons. One Ref number is ***0. Telkom this is not acceptable and not the first time if I Google search this type of complaint
