TELKOM HANDED OVER , FAIL TO CONTACT CLIENTS

Good Day I have sended a email on 6 Oct 2019 to Telkom and requested a call back regarding an account that i have canceled that they've handed over handed over.

My husband went to the Vaal Mall Telkom branch they've checked on the system,and said that theres no account outstanding on there side.

DC FOURIE INC SENDED ME A SMS TELLING ME IF I DON'T PAY THEM IN 3 DAYS THEY WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL STEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TELKOM DONT CALL BACK WHEN WE REQUEST A CALL BACK THEY DONT REPLY ON ANY EMAILS. BUT THEY SO QUICK TO HAND PEOPLE OVER.

BADEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
