TELKOM - Handed me over after I cancelled my account a YEAR ago- they kept on charging me

Telkom no Help!!! Last year I changed from a normal line to fiber, first Telkom Double charged me for both the lines, then my Fiber was off for 2 Months, I then decided I was going to cancel my line with Telkom LAST YEAR JULY. I need to apply for a Home Loan and I can’t because TELKOM handed me over because I “did not” pay my for my line that was CANCELLED

I asked Telkom to log the dispute to Credit my account which is on R5800.00, and they only did a Credit for R1600.00 -not resolving my problem.

I need this to be sorted out by the end of August 2018... Lets not wait another year
