Received the router and sim that i ordered via their agent, i was told my sim will be activated in 24hrs, i waited, after that promised turnaround time lapses, i then tried their online self service, o was asked to upload rica documents, of which i successfully loaded, and told in 2 hours will be activated, but its been over 12 hours, nothing happened. Their social platforms offer no service at all.
