Telkom guy no show

<p>I took the day off yesterday to get my line installed and nobody rocked up despite a confirmation sms being sent explaining the time of arrival, Losing a day because Telkom is just to slack to even bother letting me know they cant come.<br /><br />I would like to know who is responsible for this and when Telkom thinks they may or may not rock up to render services that I pay for</p>
