Telkom Greenstone, PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic. GREENSTONE. I went there a few days ago, stood in the long que. Eventually got to the front and did my query for a line. I was told what documents to bring.

I returned a few days later and told that I also had to bring a letterhead. Which i then did. On my third return I was told that one of the documents were incorrect and that I could email them to Thabang Motheb. ***.

I mailed this on Friday at 11H00 and asked if there was anything not in order, i be contacted. I have received ZERO feedback.

I sent a follow up email to find out what is happening. It is also ignored. People at Telkom must think that their customers have nothing better to do than waste their time with Telkom. Really pathetic
