Telkom Greenstone Mall - Pathetic Customer Service from Esther

I am totally disgusted by the service provided by the Telkom staff at Greenstone Mall in Edenvale. We dealt with a consultant by the name of Esther at the branch on the 4th of September in regards to a WI-FI contract that we wanted to take out. She asked us to send her documentation which we did and she never responded to us. We went into the branch to see her and she stated that she needed an updated bank statement, so we went into the bank and got it and handed it to her, baring in mind that she did not contact us to alert us that she needed the updated bank statement, we had to go into the store to find that out. We waited a few days and no response from her so we went in on the 11th of September again and she tells us that she needed a proof of address because they do not accept the bank statement as a proof of address, baring in mind once again that no phone call was made to us to request a new proof address. We had to go in once again to be told this. I sent in my proof of address on the 12th from work and we received no acknowledgment. We went in the following week to the store seeing we had no feedback and we were told by Esther that the systems are down and she cannot access anything and she is really sorry but baring in mind once again that we had no telephonic communication letting us know that the systems are down. She told us she will get back to us by the Thursday the 20th of September and we will have word from her to whether we have been approved or not and up to date (09/10/2018) we have received no feedback from Esther in regards to my application. I am really upset and disappointed in the lack of customer service that this branch has. We could have went to another service provider in regards to a WI-FI application but we were told by Esther that she will definitely help us. Telkom is a big franchise and this is unacceptable!!!!! A client deserves feedback regardless of whether the application was approved or declined. We needed the WI-FI quiet urgently and for this to happen is unacceptable!!!!
