Telkom Greenstone is useless

Ive waited 3 weeks for a simcard to have 50GB package added to a sim card on a month to month deal with Telkom Greenstone. In 3 weeks I have been told a) The system is not working and I just have to wait b) that the system doesn't accept month to month deals. After enquiring at other Telkom branches and the website, this can very easily be done. I am now sick and tired of useless and *********** people having jobs and not being able to do them. 3 WEEKS TO GET A SIMCARD WITH DATA? REALLY? I want to give you money and you refuse to take. The Greenstone Branch must also be allergic to answering their phones, as all the phone does is ring all day everyday an no one bothers answering it. When you walking to the store, employees are more content to look at pictures on their phones than bother helping clients. I have never experienced such poor service in my life, you dont deserve to be in business.
