Telkom Greenstone giving me runaround
<p>i went to apply for a macbook in greenstone store a month ago and they told me to wait for 7-21 days, but i didn't receive anything until today. Everytime i go to the store they tell me to contact sales department and when i call sales department they say i must go to the store, some of the agents even promise to follow up and give me the feedback but they don't do so. This is so tiring i've been doing this since last week, they don't even want to give me the complaint department details</p>
i only got a call once from this number ********** 430, it was a lady who promised to help but even today i haven't receive any feedback from her and when i try to call the same number it doesn't go through, i'm now not sure about the kind of the game they playing but it's annoying, i think it's better they tell us the truth first time instead of giving us false hope
