Telkom Greenstone Branch - Terrible Service

Got a terrible to service from a consultant by the name of Patricia Ncube in Greenstone mall - Telkom branch. She asked me to call telkom head office and will i was still on the phone with the head office, she left me by her desk and go for lunch.

I will never set my foot in that branch because of her attitude and unprofessional behavior.
