Telkom Greenacres officials

Extremely e disappointed by Gross unprofessional and degrading conduct by officials. I requested assistance from telkom in Greenacres just to be ignored by 2 officials around 13.00 on the 29th August in front of woolworths. One lady opted to continue to Engage her family member who was just passing by and the young man chose to entertain his phone than attending to me as a client. As a result I told them since they are clearly not intending to help me as they saw me and ignored me, where can I get help, is there a telkom branch at the bridge side, the lady said yes and gave me directions as she wasnt willing to assist me. The dissapointing thing is that the family member informed her that there is a person behind her needing assistance. And she got irritated and made hand gestures to dismiss me and continued with their conversation while the young man continued on his call with his back pack getting ready to leave. If these are the front line officials you have entrusted to represent your brand, then your standards are extremely below par, as it means entertaining personal engagements through family members visiting work and making personal calls during work while us contract and prepaid customers have to be degraded and belittled in an open space.

Thank you to the lady at the Bridge(a new makoti as per her dress code) who assisted me in less than 5 minutes by giving me advice though I had to unnecessarily drive to the bridge side.
