TELKOM GREENACRES FRANCHIS THE BRIDGE DONT WANT TO ASSIST WITH PORT MY NUMBER OF MY CONTRACT

I was apply for a contract at the greenacres telkom store on top at the bridge. The consultant inform me on monday that the manager is not available she going to phone me but did not. tuesday i was there they going to phone me at 14:00. still today i cant get hold of the store or the manager. The consultant is lying to me and i miss out on urgent calls. Why the manager always unavailable and how will customer gets services
