Telkom Green Acres

I wanted to buy a phone prepaid at Telkom in Green Acres. The sales consultant refused to let me buy it prepaid; even though it's advertised with it's prepaid price. He only want to sell phones on contract. I informed him I will buy it by another store and I will inform head office about this, His response was "FINE GO". I sent multiple messages to Telkom I haven't got any response. So it seems that the consultant at the Green Acres branch can just get away with this with out any consequences.
