Telkom. Great service

I phone Telkom help line with regards to me paying up my account and I wanted a paid up letter for Trans union. The gentleman that help me was very professional and good manners. He took me all the way to the end and promised that Telkom will update Trans Union. To my surprise when I phone trans union the next day and query my profile with regards to my Telkom account they inform me the Telkom did update them that my account was settled (paid up). Thanks again for Telkom and the great training they provide to there employees.
