Telkom great service

I had a awesome experience with the Telkom call centre yesterday. The lady on assisting me and giving me guidance with regards to my account went out of her way to sort my concern. I just want to thank the call centre for their professional yet patient and calm manner they assisted me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. but thank you very much. #BlackFriday
