Telkom graveyard customer support RIP

Ive had a 10mbps uncapped package for a few months now with telkom, but for the past 2 weeks i can barely get 1mbps speeds. Cant do jack with these speeds. Ive been sendinh emails to their support mails but no one bothers to come in contact or reply on your mail. Just ref nr*** and thats it.
