I keep getting messages from you that I'm close to reaching my credit limit. Newsflash geniuses - I don't even have a credit limit! You had better contact me ASAP to sort this out or I will be dragging your worthless selves to the ombudsman.

And please do something about that poepol on your recorded line. I choose the options provided then your stupid automated voice just starts with the same ****py options again.
