Telkom good service

I have had a Telkom fixed line for over 20 yrs and moved to a fibre connection a few years ago. Two days ago my home internet went down. I called the helpline and the call was answered within a minute. I logged a fault and the next morning a technician visited my house and resolved the problem. Very impressive service which exceeded my expectations - well done Telkom!
