Telkom good at opening cases but nothing gets done afterwards!!!

On the first of june I waited till after 12pm to update my home PC operating system and other programs so that I can use my night time data. After all the updates was done and I went onto my Telkom app to see how much data was used, I see it took more that 4.5 G of my normal data and I didn't had any night time data. The next day I phoned Telkom to find out why I didn't had any night time data they said that they have to open up a case to investigate. After a few days of no respond I phone Telkom again and the answer was the night time data was loaded late so they will reimburse me with 4.5G. Yet again after a few days of not receiving the extra data I phone Telkom again and they said they will open another case. Yet again after a few days of not hearing anything I phone Telkom again they said they tried to phone me but the number they phoning is the sim that is in the router - (so I don't know how I must answer my Wifi router) my mobile number is even on my invoice every moth. Till to day this is not sorted out!! I went even to the store in Alberton City and they told me all they can do is open up another case... To put the cerry on the cake I get debited a amount of R1024 on the 15th of this month (debit order was suppose to go of at the last day of each month). This amount doesn't show on any of my statements. I phone Telkom again they said to me they see it on there system but not on any of the invoices so they will open up another case to investigate (the call got cut of before i could get a case nr.). I'm still waiting on a response from Telkom. But in the mean time they cant stop phoning me to tell me I'm due for an upgrade...
