Telkom gone to the dogs

My customer app**** for the ADSL only "Special" and after 7 weeks of nothing from Telkom they had to reapply. 10 weeks later still no-one has contacted them by phone, email or even SMS. How is it possible that the hierarchy can pay themselves these millions in salaries yet they cannot install a simple ADSL.
