Telkom going down the drain!!

Just seems like Telkom's management are sitting in their offices, and not attending to the company that's falling apart!! Maybe when they also get retrenchment notices they will wake up, and smell the roses. But don't think this will happen soon. I posted an report on 20 October (***) 17 days later NO one called me back!! Got an call from sales on Wednesday to inform me that I was due for an upgrade months already, and wanted to know why I don't upgrade?? What an funny question!! I cant upgrade, because you don't have stock!! Must I upgrade to an tv/car/food hamper?? [Email Removed] don't reply to any emails, nor do they on hellopeter!! All answers are copy and paste!! How stupid to they think, we as customers are?? Soon they will wake up, when its too late!! I spend more than R1000 per month on Telkom Mobile, and my ADSL fixed line. By January it will be R1000 less for useless Telkom!! Open your eyes, and read all the complaints!! NO STOCK,NO STOCK!!!!! Cant Telkom afford to buy stock from suppliers?? Why bother to advertise daily on tv, if you don't want business?? USELESS!!!!! Don't bother to reply. I can do the copy / paste thing too!!
