Telkom goes from bad to worse

Fault ref. ********** 8 from 21 Feb still not resolved. Same fault which was from 2 Feb which was supposedly fixed ... shocking Telkom, a whole month without working phones... @TelkomZA #Telkom

This is the 2nd time I am posting this, besides a call to say someone would be here to sort it out and messages to say my line is restored, when it isn't, not one technician has bothered to ring our bell and come into our property to fixed our lines which were burnt out by lightening.

Telkom your service is diabolical to say the least
