Telkom Goes Awol

My entire family has been out off network since Saturday . My family flew in all the way from Cape Town to Bethal ( Mpumalanga) and we haven’t had network ever since. We normally ***gyback on MTN when this side, but nothing for the entire weekend. I’m beyond being angry, all our cellphones says no service
