Telkom goes against Contracts.

I have been on contract with Telkom for about a year and three months now, and since inception Telkom have done things in the opposite way of their provision in the contract. Now they debit my account on a random date that I have not signed for in my contract, then three days later they send sms's threaten to suspend my account "as it is in arrears". It is very frustrating to have a service provider who does not always have the best coverage treating customers however way they like, despite having a contract that is supposed to govern the relationship between the parties.
