Telkom giving me the run around for moving my prepaid landline

<p>I'm now sick and tied of telkom I have been in Richards bay for more the two months and being given false information from the agents and I really had enough if telkom doesn't want the business because they feel they have enough then they should just publish it as I really feel that the customer service aspect. I will be contacting my laws as I have all the calls with telkom recorded and when you ask for a team leader and a manger they always not available. I'm asking that this is sorted out.</p>
