Telkom giving me the "run around"

<p>I want to cancel my Telkom Showmax R99 bolt-on subscription.</p> <p>I called 10210 and they're transferring me from Department to Department and nobody seems to know what they're doing.</p> <p>Billing says that Sales handles it. Sales says that Billing handles it.</p> <p>I also called Showmax and was advised to call Telkom because my billing is with Telkom.</p> <p>I AM FED UP!</p>
