Telkom giving contact details to debt collections companies and not removing my name off now showing i have bad credit

I closed my Adsl line with Telkom a few years ago. I cancelled and never got it reconnected when I moved to a new house. It was fully paid. It was costing my about R600 a month. 6 months in and I start getting sms stating I am R1300 in for my Telkom Adsl line. Please note that means it miraculously must mean it was reconnected 4 months after being canceled. And I do not have a land line with them anymore as I had moved so exactly how do you use a adsl line without a landlines??? So now I have debt collectors contacting me telling me I owe money. Telkom gave my fiance contact details to this debt collections company as well which hes not even on the contract when i had one with Telkom!!!! Which is *******. Now they harass him too. I have phoned telkom, they eventually sorted it out stating that the issue is sorted on their side, but the debt collections company keeps phoning and says I need a reference number from Telkom. Telkom says there is no reference number as there was no issue just a fault on their side. I went to look at my credit score and Telkom has stated I havnt paid the outstanding amount!!!! Which is a lie and false! I owe nothing to them!
