Telkom giving bad services

<p>I Mrs DM Heevers reported my telkom landlines not working on Friday 13th of May.Today I received messages that problem gas been resolved and when I got home at 19'00 my telkom line was still not working.I phoned telkom and they cannot give me any feedback on when problem is going to be resolved.Could you please help me with this This is not the first time I am having problems with Telkom.</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Mariette Heevers</p> <p>***</p>
