Telkom gives the worst service

Telkom is the reason I opened a Hellopeter account back in 2018 and I am back here 5 years later writing a bad review for the same company.

Please ensure that your agents have the same information on their system so they do not give customers different information. Following up on an order with Telkom is an extreme sport. You guys need to do better and your agents are very rude. A definite negative rating for you guys.
