Telkom gives pathetic service

<p>Telkom call centre called my husband promoting an adsl package. My husband signed up for this and we are being billed from the first of March. We were told to go to our nearest telkom branch which is greenstone and collect the router. When my husband went there, he was shunted from pillar to post. The staff was very rude to him as they said it will be delivered but he phoned the call center twice and twice they sent him to the branch to collect it. He is tired of going back and forth so he tries to cancels the line, only to find out that he must go back to the branch to hand in a cancellation form. it is so frustrating. We are being billed for services we havent recieved and struggling to cancell it. every person you speak to in the call centre gives u a different story. GO TO MWEB PEOPLE...TELKOM IS HOPELESS</p>
