Telkom gives no customer service

I am very unhappy with Telkom in River Square. I keep on phoning. They answer then put the phone down and keep it of the hook. What is the point in even phoning them. Was there yesterday to upgrade to an iphone 11pro. But had to order the phone. But since i have changed my mind in the colour that i want and get this **** service. I will go to Vodacom where at least i can get customer service
