Telkom gives Empty promises

I have been promised a Booster to be installed for the LAST 3 years. They vandalised the tower by me and Telkom has not repaired it. I have lost any decent signal, battle to get a service and have had 5 technicians out to say the same thing I need a BOOSTER. Recently I have had absolutely no signal even in the one spot I usually find a weak signal, now there is none. I have 6 contracts with Telkom and they have kept me on a string for 3 years saying someone will call and assist when actually they just HOPE you will out of totally frustration let it be. I want my Booster now otherwise I want the last 3 years money you took from me to be reimbursed to me. I am now seeking legal advise to see what my rights are regarding this matter. Even for Africa 3 years waiting for assistance regarding empty promises is a LONG time. And please stop saying you can go onto roaming because I STILL don't get a signal...
