Telkom gives bad service when you want to cancle

We had a telkom line that we rented in order to get internet. When we didn't need the line any more we called them to cancle. We emailed, we called and we went in store a couple of times, but nobody can help us. They cut off our telephone, but we still receive a monthly bill for the line that we do not and cannot use any more.
