Telkom gives absolutely no service
Since Thursday 16 July 2015 we can't send any email from any of our business' email accounts, the message we receive is that the accounts have been blocked due to spam.We then phoned Telkom and received a reference number, but up until now no one has phoned back or anything has been done to resolve our problem. We are losing valuable business because of Telkom's incompetence.
