TELKOM GIVES A WORKING NUMBER WITH PERSONS ACCOUNTS ETC LINKED TO SOMEONE ELSE

Where to start, my wife's banking is linked to her telkom number and guess what, telkom decides to give her number to someone else... How do we find out? Friends and relatives tell us they are calling but another lady picks up... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS NONSENSE?!!!
