Telkom gives a ****

I've been without Wi-Fi since the 30th of October, I reported the fault on the 1st of November. I was told they will send out a technician. I called back the next day to advise that a truck has knocked down the pole, it's been 12 days and I still get the same pathetic feedback, they working on it. IF they are working on it, howcome the damn pole is still in the middle of the road and now the ******* are *****ing the cabling. Sick and tired of Telkom. Paid for a service I cannot even damn use!!!!!!
