Telkom give me the shaft

<p>On Friday 2 Sept 2016 at 10H31 a woman from Mondo Mobile called me representing Telkom Mobile. She spoke to me for 22min and 58 seconds and promised to send me an email confirming that I would be getting FREE FROM Telkoma wireless router no bigger than a cigarette box and that my data would be increased up to 5 Gigs for anytime use. She went on to say that this would be made available to me AT NO EXTRA COST and that it would run for the remainder of my already existing 24-month contract with Telkom. Ha! She said she would email me proof of the offer and what was discussed. Ha! Once I got home I told my family about the call and they, like me, were very excited about the offer. Needless to say, I received no email and have no router or extra data. What a ****. Shame on you. Just goes to show, you can’t trust anything unless it’s in black and white!! I wonder what excuse Mondo Mobile will come up with? They probably wont even bother responding !!</p>
