Telkom give me my data bundles or return my R149 please.

I bought R149 LTE data bundles on 10 July 2024 at 9:00 am via FNB app. I haven't received my data since that day and time. I have been logging calls and calling Telkom to give me my data but until today 15 July 2024 I have no data and I really need it, I am a scholar and don't have another R149 to buy more data from you. My question is Telkom are you going to give me my data or are you *****ing from your customers this days?
