telkom give me a runaround

Hi. Im contacted Telkom 29/12/15 . Dialed 10210. I spoke fo fezeka that promised me that my landline move will be done by 01/01/2016. Tel ***. ***. This was not done. No communication from Telkom. I called and chatted to telkom on 06/01/2016 no help. Even spoke to a supervisor. I was just told that i should have been told that process takes up to 7 working days.... they will escalate as urgent. I got an sms to tell me my move is scheduled for 20/01/2016.... still waiting. Second hellopeter. Nobody call me to sort it out hellopeter ***
