Telkom ghosts you after you sign with them

So Telkom new sales agents call you daily but when you sign with them, you get ghosted after. I have been waiting for a router for a month. Exactly a month today. I need internet connection for work purposes. I cancelled my service with the previous service provider because I had started a contract with Telkom. Now I’m without internet connection and I am being ghosted. I escalated at the beginning of the week, they called to apologize and promised they would get back to me within the day. Since then I have been getting calls from agents from their new sales department - no follow up communication regarding the sale in process. This is happening right at the beginning, what will happen for the rest of the time I’m signed with them. I can’t even cancel this because you can’t get through when you try call them - I’ve used so much airtime. The sales person that did the sale has been ghosting me for weeks, I have no other contact….
