<p>On 3Apr2017 I submitted a request form to cancell all services and all I received was an automated response which read that an agent will contact me within 21 Working days.Nothing has happened to date and when phoning their 10210 number all you listen to is advetrts and music.Their chat room instructs you to wait for the next available agent which never comes to light.I have left my contact number and requested to be called back,No response to date.</p>
