Telkom getting worse.

Logged a call on 07/09/2015 because my telkom line is not working since like the 4th. Got an SMS with the ref and that was the end of it.<br> <br> Tried to do an online chat at about 11:03am today (14/09/2015) and after 30 minutes, no response. Also used their callback service at the same time and surprise surprise, (1:30pm) no call yet.<br> <br> Called their call centre at about 1:30 pm and I dropped the call after holding on for 10 minutes from my cell.<br> <br> Gonna instruct telkom to disconnect my line.
