Telkom getting Super Expensive

I have been using telkom since 2009 and the main reason I went to them was because of their prices , but now I see huge changes and the customer rip-off on the other side . Last week I was complaining about their Free me bundle of R99.00 which I know as 1gig telkom internet , 500mb whatsapp , 100 smses, 300 telkom calls , but to my suprise I only got 150mb internet and i50 minutes telkom .

Just now I was buying Monice Anytime data for R57.00 1gig , which was lasting for seven days , to my suprise today , that is only for 3 days now .

Before I port all my numbers back where am coming from , which is their competition of cause , I want to know if this is a mistake , wrong billing or its gonna be like that ?

They are more expensive than their competitors and the signal is veeery bad currently , but maybe its their way of getting rid of the customers , maybe they want to close down .

Can Telkom please reply , as I understand its the Lockdown but we are till using their services , buying their data , airtime , etc .
