Telkom gets you blacklisted - Watch out

I have been blacklisted due to the incompetence of Telkom.. I cancelled my internet & adsl with Telkom at end of August 2017.. Telkom and just never stopped billing me. On numerous occasions of trying to sort this matter, i receive the "Sorry to see you go" message & confirmation the the account has been cancelled but yet still get billed.. Finally in June 2018, i was assisted by Telkom accounts department with a credit & a paid up letter as well ass a promise to have my names cleared and removed from the ITC listing. We are now in September and my name is still listed with ITC due to Telkom..

I am now at my witts end and considering taking things further.. I will NEVER use or recommend Telkom to anyone EVER in my entire life!!!!
