Telkom gets a zero

I went twice to change details where I waited for hours in the cue.....to be receiving warning emails from a 3rd company they will hand me over and score my credit record badly.....EVERY time after I went to Telkom for the updates. After 3rd time I went to Telkom....just received email again from nudebt where they even say they contacted me multiple times and I ignored or not giving my cooperation.....never did no one ever call me! So if they pit bad review on my credit score I will not be happy at all!! And other thing....my name they app**** for my account isnt even my real name they have a Nkosi something as my name! After telling them that multiple times they atate I have to reapply for all my contracts because of their error!!
