Telkom get your ****** act together!

I was a Telkom customer and was content with the service up until we moved apartments, I then put through a "transfer of the account" through their online facility prior to us moving. This was sometime in the beginning of September. I had not heard anything from Telkom by the 22nd and we were moving at the end of the month. I then phoned and it was explained that the account was in the process of moving to new address, someone will be in contact. I then phoned three more times with the same answer. We eventually moved, and the account had still not been transferred to new address. I phoned every week to find out where we were and apparently there was an infrastructure issue. Not to mention that I had to sit waiting for operator for 40 minutes each call. A month at the new apartment still with no internet and no explanation, I decided to cancel the account. I then cancelled the account, and eventually got contacted by the retention department. I told him that we still had no internet and no time frame for when it will be moved. He cancelled the internet, but said it would take a month as we had to give a month's notice. However, we still had no internet, so I argued that their was no point. Process needed to be followed and I needed to take it up with billing department. I then took it up with billing department, who confirmed that I will be reimbursed for months without internet. I then continued to receive invoice, which I then queried just to be told that cancellation was cancelled as the line was still to be transferred, this was 3 months after initial instruction to transfer line. Quite frankly this is the most ridiculous experience I have encountered. I then queried again requesting that this be cancelled an reimbursed , which was confirmed via the online chat...I have just received a December statement! All this whilst interacting with Telkom, via there online facility, via phone, via the app and still nothing can be done.

Apologies, this was started in August already not September. We moved at beginning of September.
