Telkom ..get your act together

Everytime the wind blows or it rains I have no adsl line.Reporting fault takes them days to get in touch eith me. I usually have to call everyday.This has been hapoening for years more than 10 years. They enter my hom must check the line.The line can ve checked from ther exchange side.The problem us usually there.. I am tired of this. They do not know what they are doing. Now again it is off we had some rain and thunder yesterday.Neighbours are on I am not.
